It has a fairly large kids' space, so it's a fun place to play. There is also a library so you can read books before and after playing.

A medium-sized hall that is working hard to hold various events. Looking at the building from a distance, is it a warship? A chimney transport ship from a long time ago? The design is unique. Of particular note is the night illumination that begins before Christmas every year, which is quite spectacular.
