★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 口をへの字に結び終始面倒くさそうな態度での接客を受けました。あのような方に店頭を任せていらっしゃることに、大変、驚いております。おつかいで複数購入したため小袋の同封をお願いすると｢このままじゃダメなんですか!｣とキツく睨まれました。とても怖かったです。受け入れてくださるまで説明に時間を要しました。最後は商品全てをガサッと投げるようにしてカウンターに置かれました。和菓子やさんでこのような接客を受けたことは初めてです。十数個のおつかい品を購入し小袋を下さいと申し上げること、三隆屋さんにとってはそんなにも受け入れがたいことだったのでしょうか…。またこのような接客をされるかと想像すると怖くてとても利用できません。

Was it so unacceptable for Mitakaya to purchase a dozen or so items and give them a sachet? Also, if you imagine that you will be serving customers like this, you can't use it very much.
