★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大手スポーツクラブに比べると、大声で騒いでたりマシンやフリーウエイトでも取り扱いが乱暴でマナーの悪さが目立つ。
スタッフも一切指導したり注意しないので、野放し状態。
24時間使える以外のメリットはほぼなし。
深夜や早朝以外の時間帯に通えるなら、大手スポーツクラブに行ったほうが全然良いと思う。
Compared to major sports clubs, there is a loud noise and the handling of cars and free weights is rough and bad manners are noticeable.
The staff members do not give any guidance or care, so they are left untouched.
There is almost no merit other than 24 hours use.
If you can go outside late at night or early in the morning, it would be better to go to a major sports club.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ このジムへは約5年通っておりました。当時の休日は主に平日だったこともあり、利用時間は午前、深夜が中心でした。その為、混雑することもなく、快適に利用出来ました。スタッフの方の非常に良く、気持ちよく利用させて頂きました。女性専用フロアも用意されている為、女性も安心して利用できると思います。また、スタジオもあり、不定期ではありますが、〇〇教室みたいなものも実施されていました。プログラムがない時は自由に使えるので、ダンスの練習で活用される人もいるみたいです。
I have been to this gym for about 5 years. The holidays at that time were mainly weekdays, and the usage time was mainly in the morning and late at night. Therefore, without being crowded, I could use it comfortably. The staff were very nice and comfortable. I also think that women can be used with confidence because a women-only floor is also available. In addition, there is also a studio, and it is irregular. It can be used freely when there is no program, so it seems that some people use it for dance practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前はあまり周りが気にならない配置で、筋トレに集中できてよかったのですが、最近は配置が大幅に変わってやけにマシン間が密になった気がします…。
まだ配置に慣れないせいもあるけど、周りがやけに見えやすくて正直ちょっと使い辛いなぁ…って思います。
スタッフさんの対応はとても親切です！
Before, I was glad that I could concentrate on muscle training because I didn't care much about the surroundings, but recently the layout has changed drastically and I feel that the machines are getting closer together.
It's because I'm not used to the layout yet, but I think it's a little difficult to use because it's easy to see the surroundings.
The staff are very kind!
