ここには優れたヘルパーもいらっしゃいます。しかし、自分のやり方を貫徹し、こちらの依頼にまったく耳を貸さない「ベテラン」ヘルパーや、何をしてほしいのか常に指示待ちの「新米」ヘルパーもいます。
複数のヘルパーがローテーションで担当するという形になるかと思いますが、担当ヘルパーの間で情報を共有する、ということがまったくないので、いちいち全ヘルパーにこちらの要望などを伝えなければなりません。
とにかく、北医療生協はまともな人材教育をしないぬるま湯体質なので、関わらない方が無難です。

There are also excellent helpers here. However, there are also "experienced" helpers who stick to their own methods and never listen to this request, and "newcomer" helpers who are always waiting for instructions on what to do.
I think that multiple helpers will be in charge of rotation, but since there is no sharing of information among the helpers in charge, we have to convey this request etc. to all helpers one by one.
Anyway, the Kita Medical Cooperative has a lukewarm water constitution that does not provide decent human resources education, so it is safer not to get involved.
