I had Shirunashi Tantanmen at an event in Kennan Park. I ordered it because it was very spicy. It was so painful that I fainted and became sweaty after a long time. It was delicious.

なんと言っても、店員の方々のホスピタリティーが素晴らしいかったです。それだけでまたこのお店に行こうと思いました。
陳麻婆豆腐は激辛との事でしたが、メニューの一番上に表記されており、オススメとの事でした。辛いのは得意ではなかったのですが、折角なので注文しました。かなり辛かったですが、クセになる辛さと美味しさでした。量も結構ありました。
ランチ時に無料で提供されるお惣菜もどれもとても美味しかったです。
ランチに付いているワンドリンクをアイスコーヒーにいたら、ジョッキで出てたのでビックリしました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ニョーボと『美味茶寮 はぎわら』さんへ。前回ランチ来訪時に気になった海鮮メニューを中心にオーダーしました。
・カキの甘辛炒め(宮保牡蠣)
・帆立貝のマヨネーズ炒め(蛋黄鮮貝)
・レバニラ炒め
カキの衣揚げと野菜の炒めは、甘辛い中に中国山椒がピリッと効いた、ご飯によくあうお味。帆立貝柱のマヨネーズ炒めもコクのある本格的な仕上がりで満足。ニョーボは大好きなレバニラ(ここのレバニラまじうまい)を集中的に堪能。セットの小鉢やスープもいただき、お腹いっぱい。
なお４枚目の画像は先日ランチ時にいただいた鯵の唐揚げに香味ソースがかかったもの。葱･生姜･花椒の香りと辛痺れ味が渾然一体となった、いかにも四川料理らしいソース。椒麻(ジャオマ)というらしいです。まだまだ知らない世界があるなぁ。

Deep-fried oysters and stir-fried vegetables are sweet and spicy with Chinese pepper, which goes well with rice. Stir-fried scallops with mayonnaise are also satisfying with a full-fledged finish. Nyobo intensively enjoys his favorite Levanilla (the Levanilla is really good here). I got a small bowl and soup from the set, and I was full.
The fourth image is the fried horse mackerel that I had at lunch the other day with a flavor sauce. A sauce that is truly Sichuan cuisine, with the scent of green onions, ginger, and Chinese pepper combined with the numbness. It seems that it is called Jiao. There is still a world I don't know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 古めの建物ですが清潔にされており、店員さんも気さくでアットホームな雰囲気漂うお店です。
入口でスリッパに履き替えるのもなんか良い感じ。
週末に行ったので日替わりランチはなく、坦々麺セットと汁なし坦々麺セットをいただきました。最後に坦々麺の汁にご飯を入れて食べるのが〆として満足度高かったです。
Although it is an old building, it is clean and the staff are friendly and have a homely atmosphere.
It feels good to change to slippers at the entrance.
Since I went there on the weekend, I didn't have a daily lunch, so I had a Tantanmen set and a soupless Tantanmen set. Finally, I was very satisfied with eating rice in the soup of dandan noodles.
