★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 頼まれた用事で来た市役所。大きくて外装も内装もトイレも綺麗な建物。受付の人も丁寧で優しい対応でした。
The city hall that came for the requested errand. A large building with beautiful exterior, interior and toilet. The receptionist was also polite and kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お金が絡む事で信じられないミスをされた為、電話したところ確認もせず言い訳ばかりされました。普段から対応が悪いです。
態度がデカくて仕事ができないため役に立たないです。
I made an incredible mistake because of the money involved, so when I called, I just made excuses without confirmation. Correspondence is usually bad.
It's useless because my attitude is so big that I can't work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鬼怒川氾濫被害時は大変だったそうですが、しっかり復興して綺麗になっていました。案内所の方も丁寧に対応してくれて安心して利用できました。お手洗いも綺麗でした。
It seems that it was difficult at the time of the flooding of the Kinugawa River, but it was well reconstructed and cleaned up. The information center also responded politely and I was able to use it with confidence. The restroom was also beautiful.

The 1st floor was submerged in the Joso flood, but it has been restored. There is an information center when you enter the entrance, and it is designed to be easy to use.

対応は良くできていますね、素晴らしい限りですが、それが客サービスだとなっていたらどれだけ事務処理でなく、親身にできているかですね。
I went back to look up the family register until there was data.
The response is good, as far as it is wonderful, but if it is a customer service, how much you can do it rather than paperwork.
