★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大手の釣具屋だけあって接客は丁寧で好感が持てます。リールのパーツを頼むと予想外に早く届くので助かりました。品揃えは良い方と思うけど、個人的に欲しい物が無いのでちょっと残念でした。売れ筋商品はしっかり揃えてますけど、一部の特定のメーカーの物が微妙に少ないのでやっぱり大手メーカーが優先されるのかな?
As there is only a major fishing tackle shop, the customer service is polite and has a good impression. When I ordered the parts for the reel, it arrived unexpectedly quickly, which was helpful. I think the product lineup is good, but I was a little disappointed because I didn't have what I personally wanted. We have a good selection of top-selling products, but since there are slightly few products from some specific manufacturers, is the major manufacturer prioritized?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内は広く天井が高いため開放感があります。白と青を基調としているため清潔感があり「上州屋」というよりも「ショッピングモールの一画」といった雰囲気です。終末の深夜営業や釣り具洗浄用の水道、トイレがきれいな所はポイント高いです。
電話対応などもスムーズで釣れているポイントなども教えて頂きました。細かい対応などはスタッフさんとあまり話したことが無いのでわかりかねます。駐車場が狭く（他店舗と共同のため）日中車を停めるのには苦労することがあります。
総合的にはポイントは高めで今後の更なるサービスの向上を期待して☆４にさせて頂きました。
The inside of the store is large and the ceiling is high, so there is a feeling of openness. Since it is based on white and blue, it has a clean feeling and is more like a "shopping mall" than a "Johshuya". The point is high in places where the end of the night is open, the water supply for cleaning fishing gear, and the toilet are clean.
He also told me the points that the telephone correspondence is smooth and fishing is possible. I haven't talked much with the staff about the details, so I can't understand. The parking lot is small (because it is shared with other stores), and it can be difficult to park your car during the day.
Overall, the points are high and I decided to set it to ☆ 4 in anticipation of further improvement of services in the future.

たまにふらっと訪れるとネットで探すよりも期間限定でだいぶ安く値引きされていたりするので定期的に見に行くことをおすすめします。
