★ ★ ★ ★ ★ テレビを購入。予算内で希望にあったのがTCLだった。中国製と見たが店員は『日本のメーカー』と言った。リサイクル料も日本製と中国製は料金が違うと言っていたがデタラメ。その場で調べず反論出来なく予算もあったので購入。Joshinは二度と使わない。
Buy a TV. It was TCL that I had hoped for within the budget. I saw it made in China, but the clerk said it was a "Japanese manufacturer." It was said that the recycling fee is different between Japanese and Chinese products, but it's not good. I didn't check it on the spot and couldn't argue with it, so I bought it because I had a budget. Joshin will never be used again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コンプライアンスに反したことを平気で受け入れる、またはそうであるかのようなことを平気で標榜する店員さんがいる残念なお店です。
オーブンレンジを購入しにいき、価格を聞いたところ、
「メーカーの指示ですべてのお店がこの値段で販売しています」との回答。
これは「独占禁止法第2条第9項第4号〔再販売価格の拘束〕」に抵触する、れっきとした違法行為であり、それを受け入れ、標榜することに抵抗がない、もしくはこのような行為が違法行為になるという認識がない店員さんなのだと思います。
（メーカーさんが価格を拘束するのは違法じゃないですか？と尋ねると、「ナニソレオイシイノ？」的な反応でした。）
メーカーさんも何か抜け道を見つけた（在庫リスクをメーカーが抱えることで先の法に触れない場合がある）のかもしれませんが、消費者としてはあまりいい気がしないのは私だけでしょうか。
