★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 保険の加入に対して質問があり電話をしました。丁寧に説明していただけましたが、全部書いてある事を話しているだけです。
説明書に記入してあります。
と言われるばかりでこちらの理解力が不足していると言う言い方をされとても傷つきました。
紙で書いてあることを理解することが苦手で口頭で教えてほしかったのに、、、
最後もイライラされていたようで、電話をガチャンと大きな音で切られてしまいました。
社会人として、このような対応はどうなのでしょう、ありがとうございました。
担当して頂いた片のお名前は伏せさせてもらいました。
