立派なお寺です。
同名のお寺が他にもありますが、
淀の常念寺さんと言えばこちらです。
最寄り駅は京阪電車の淀駅です。
お堂も立派ですし、宿泊できるんじゃないか？と
思うほど広大な土地に立つお寺です。
ご住職も防守さまも気さくなお方です。
お寺未来倶楽部を発足されていて、
宗旨宗派を問わず、子供向けあるいは
大人向けに各種勉強会などを開催されています。
なかなか斬新なアイデアで催しも人気です。
お人柄でしょうね、檀家さんも多いです。
何でも気軽に尋ねてくださいという
スタンスですので、仏事に関してのわからないことは
遠慮なくお尋ねになるといいと思います。
お寺で宗派を問わずに生活に密着した内容の
勉強会を開催なさることは
これからのお寺のあり方を率先垂範されている
