新しい社員の勤務年数は1年以上続く社員がおらず、それは何故かというのを会社を取り締まっている方々は自分達に原因があると考えず改善しません。

オーナー様からご返信いただきましたが、私一個人の意見となりますが、感情的になり怒鳴る、すぐ態度に出る。そんな上司が何人もいる環境で働きたいと思いますか？そんな上司とコミュニケーション取りたいと思いますか？少数精鋭だからと言うのは理由になりません。だからこそ従業員のことを考え、大切にしないといけないのではないでしょうか？創立されて何年も経ってる中、一年以上続かない従業員だらけなのはどうしてでしょうか？なぜ改善されないか、それは聞き出せるような話せるような環境ではないからです。すぐ態度に出る怒鳴ってくるような方々に意見、相談なんてできるわけありません。改善を図ってるとのことなのでより良く、こんなレビューを書く人間がいなくなるよう取り組んでいただきたいと思います。
