★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 頻繁に家庭用貯水タンクポンプ(荏原ポンプ)が作動するようになり、ポンプ内の圧力タンク交換、貯水タンクのボールタップ取り寄せ交換と破裂したパイプをなんとか(笑)してもらいました。水道設備会社に知り合いや取り引き先がいなかったのでGoogleで教えてもらい作業をお願いしました。とても穏やかな方が作業にみえまして、作業は無駄のない仕事でとてもテキパキと直して下さいました。貯水タンクも古く諦めていたのですが部品も手配して頂き直してくれました。まだ請求書が届いてないのですが費用8万円程度ということです。次回は3年後に荏原ポンプ推奨の部品交換をお願いすると思います。大変良い会社さんを見つける事が出来ました。

さらに訪ねると、前回の料金は配管の位置を探す料金も含まれているとの事。その長さ2〜3メートル。彼は1人でしたので私達もスコップを使い同じ力量で手伝ったのですが…妻の知人の建築士さんの紹介との事で依頼したのですが、残念です。業者さんは会社の方針とその方の人間性重視で頼みたいと思います。あまりにも杜撰でしたので初めてこちらの投稿を利用します。もしかしたら人を見て対応を変え動く業者なのかもしれませんが、今後同じ事が起こらないようご注意ください。妻の甘さとも言えますので私達も今回反省してます。
