こちらは、服も貸して頂けるので通いやすい。
着替えが要らないので楽チン。一対一なので周りの目も気にしなくても大丈夫。
トレーニングも励ましてくれるので続けることができる。
鍛えたら良い場所を教えてもらい、やり方までわかるので良い。

他のところで施術を受けたことはあるのですが、他とは違ってすぐに変化が出て嬉しかったです！ (歪みだったりお腹がへこみました！お尻も！)
保育士さんはいませんが、子供連れでもとても快適な空間を用意してくださっていました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ずっと腰痛肩こりはあったのですが、30代に入ってから膝の痛みが強く出てきて悩んでいました。
まだ若いし注射や手術するのも嫌だしどうにかならないかなと色々まわって良くなったのがこちらでした。
仕事柄しゃがむことも多く、しゃがむたびに膝の痛みが出ていましたが3回通わせていただいてからほぼ痛みが出なくなり、仕事も快適にできるようになりました。
膝が良くなると腰の痛みもなくなってきて二重に嬉しいです。
肩こりはまだあるのでそこの改善もしていきたいと思います。

当日は自宅に来ていただき、安心して施術を受けることになりました。
産院で骨盤の歪みを指摘されていたので、改善していただきました。
その時に教えていただいたストレッチを続けていた結果、次の検診時では切迫が改善されていました。
出産に向けてこの調子で骨盤を整えていきたいと思いました！
また、オンラインでのストレッチもあることからそちらも是非参加したいと思います！
