S	SGR Kai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 単線の福塩線において、対抗列車待ちをしたり跨線橋があったりと三次駅、府中駅に次いで主要な駅。広島バスセンターへ向かう高速バスのピースライナーも発着していたり、府中方面へのバスも出ていたりとなかなかに交通の要衝。 On the single line Fukushio line, it is the main station after Miyoshi Station and Fuchu Station when there is a counter train waiting or there is an overpass. It is a very important point of transportation, such as a highway bus piece liner to the Hiroshima Bus Center and a bus to Fuchu.

K	KK SS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 遊びに来た際に知った「じねんじょ大福」を求めて駅の売店までやってきました。するとまさかのラストじねんじょをゲット成功！ミラクルに感動しました。店員さんはとても気さくでやさしく、地元をとても大切にされているのが伝わってきました。じねんじょ大福はとてももっちりとしていて美味！ここに寄られたらぜひお土産に！おすすめです。 ※ちなみに現在土日限定品だそうです I came to the shop at the station in search of "Jinenjo Daifuku" that I learned when I came to play. Then, I succeeded in getting the last Jinjo! I was impressed by the miracle. The clerk was very friendly and kind, and I was told that the local area was very important. Jinenjo Daifuku is very chewy and delicious! If you come here, make a souvenir! it's recommended. * By the way, it seems that it is currently limited to Saturdays and Sundays.
n	neko dora on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6月に入ったばかりだというのにまるで早くも夏の盛りかっつうくらい暑い日にMTG終わりに追加撮影のために訪れたんでございます。上下駅の名前の通り相対式ホーム2面2線を有した列車交換が可能な地上駅であるものの、この期に及んでそれらは過剰な設備だという栄枯盛衰極まるなんともものの哀れなり、な現状の私好みなローカルすてぃしょん。銀山街道上下(じょうげ)宿の玄関駅なんですけどね。 Even though it was just in June, I visited for additional shooting at the end of MTG on a hot summer day. As the name of the upper and lower stations, it is a ground station that has two side platforms and two lines, and trains can be exchanged. My favorite local train station. It's the entrance station of the Jyoge inn on the Ginzan Kaido.

j	jj walsh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joge train station has infrequent service as a transportation hub (there’s also a bus stop adjacent with limited service to Hiroshima & surrounding towns) but has nice locally crafted souvenirs sold by welcoming staff (very cheap!) Buy something & you can support local projects making these crafts- 70 yen soaps, unique paper folded wallets, delicious ginger topping for rice/hot drinks - while helping support the local community (which seems to be disappearing) by spending a little here.
