★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地元である常磐線湯本駅裏側の旧6号国道から1本入った場所にあるお肉屋さんで、40年以上通い続けております。私が子供の頃は常磐炭鉱の長屋があった近くに本店があり、そちらへ行ってました。
お肉屋さんなので勿論、普通に牛、豚、鶏肉が売っておりますが、わたしのお目当てはお惣菜の揚物です。此方の手羽唐揚げは絶品で、あの有名チェーン店の秘伝のスパイスを遥かに上回ると勝手に思っています。
子供の頃は友達と遊んでお腹が空くと本店でよくハムカツを買って食べてました。
今でも仙台からいわき市へ出張すると唐揚げを買って帰ります。
This butcher shop is located behind the old No. 6 national highway behind Yumoto Station on the Joban Line, and has been going there for over 40 years. When I was a kid, there was a head office near the Nagaya of the Joban Coal Mine, and I went there.
As a butcher, of course, beef, pork, and chicken are usually sold, but my aim is fried side dishes. The fried chicken wings here are exquisite, and I think that they far exceed the secret spices of that famous chain store.
When I was a kid, I used to buy and eat hamukatsu at the head office when I was hungry after playing with my friends.
Even now, when I go on a business trip from Sendai to Iwaki, I buy fried chicken and go home.
