★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とある企業で、電池の充電や放電の試験を行うための「TOSCAT」という装置を使用していました。
この会社の方々は、実直な方が多く、いつも一所懸命な感じが好印象です。
それにしても、東洋さんは、社員さんにお会いするより、社長さんをCMやローカルニュースで見かける方が多い、とても不思議な会社です。
＊実家が県境近いので、福島県の放送を観ることが多い。
ワタシがあまりお仕事を依頼しなかったせいかと言えばそんなことはないと思うのですが。確かにお仕事あたりの単価は安かった。
それにしても、
東洋さん、地域貢献、社会貢献活動が多くて、
社員さんへの負担が多いのではありませんか？
真面目で情熱的な社員さんが多いので、皆さん楽しんでいらっしゃるのだろうとは思うのですが、
外部からは、そんな風に見えますよ。
でも、地域での知名度・社会貢献性・企業イメージはバツグン。
業種的にも良いので、求職活動中の知人に薦めてしまいました。
これからも、もっともっと栄えてくださいませ。応援しています。
