★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入居時、当時こちらに居ないため、予約書類？を書かなければ部屋を抑えられないと言われました。
他県にいた時、他県の大東建託では距離もあるからと抑えて貰ったのですが、
こちらの店舗ではできないからと言われこれについては他県で融通を効かせて貰っていたのかなと解釈しましたが、野地さんという方が、担当し、
こちらに引越しする際に、早く入居してほしいのか、ここの部屋で今すぐ住めっていってる訳じゃないけど、1ヶ月分の家賃等はこちらで持ちます等言い出し店舗に戻るとやっぱり無理なので、今の話は忘れてくださいなどちょっと変わった接客に不安を感じつつ、入居の契約に行く際に、あらかじめスケジュールを立ててお約束していたにも関わらず、他のお客様と部屋の見学に言っており、席を外していますと別な担当者から聞き呆れて言葉も出ませんでした。
大東建託さんは何度か入居したことがあり、仲介手数料など無料なので大東建託を継続しましたが、正直住む部屋は大事なのでしっかりとした担当者さんが良かったです。対応後アンケートを担当者さんにいつもお願いされていたのに、今回はアンケートの案内がなく、あらかじめ不満を書かれると思ったからのことなんでしょうか？
非常に残念でした。
出来れば行きたくないです。

It was said that it could not be done at this store, and I interpreted it as if I had been given flexibility in other prefectures, but Mr. Noji was in charge of it.
When I move here, I don't mean that I'm living in this room right now, maybe I want you to move in early, but I'll have the rent for one month here, etc. It's impossible to return to the store. I was worried about the strange customer service, such as forgetting the current story, and when I went to the contract to move in, I made a schedule in advance, but I promised to visit the room with other customers. When I was out of my seat, I was surprised to hear from another person in charge and couldn't speak.
Daito Trust Construction has moved in several times, and since there are no brokerage fees, I continued Daito Trust Construction, but honestly, the room I live in is important, so a solid person in charge was good. Is it because the person in charge always asked for a questionnaire after the response, but this time there was no guidance for the questionnaire and I thought that I would write a complaint in advance?
I was very disappointed.
I don't want to go if possible.

大東建託さんでは初めての入居ですが、とても親切だと感じました。
のは最初だけでした。とても感じが悪いです。
特に年配の女性。
電話の折り返しをした所、担当が電話中との事で、折り返しますとの返答でしたが、待てどもかかってこず。
1時間程待って折り返すも、営業時間外です。とのアナウンスが。
契約しているガス会社も単価が他のものより、300円程高く、契約解除もできないとのこと。
ホント最初だけは感じ良いだけです。
