1	1 1 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他のレビュー通りの普通の自遊空間でした。昼ごろの入店でしたが、店員も常駐していて売り切れたドリンクバーの対応をしてくれました。但し夜間は誰もいないようなので、トラブルが発生したらと思うと利用するのが心配。先日利用したら結構綺麗になってて星追加しました。 It was a normal space for playing as in other reviews. I entered the store around noon, but the clerk was also resident and responded to the sold-out drink bar. However, there seems to be no one at night, so I'm worried about using it in case of trouble. S	STAYGOLD 777 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内の精算機に掲示された料金説明のポスターに「プラン料金と延長代金の記載不備」がありましたが、無人店舗でも常駐人員がいるので、即かつ真摯に対応して頂きました。信頼できる店舗だと思います。スティックコーヒーとウォータークーラーが無くなっていたのは残念でした。後、室内ライトがある部屋と無い部屋があるので、そこは全ての部屋につけて欲しい部分です。スープディスペンサーは、以前より良くなっていたと思いました。有人店舗の渋谷道玄坂よりプラン料金が高くナイトプランも一つだけで高いのが残念。でもマア及第点。高円寺に寄ったときはこれからも活用させて頂きます。 There was a "insufficient description of the plan fee and extension price" on the poster of the charge explanation posted on the checkout machine in the store, but since there are resident staff even in the unmanned store, we asked for immediate and sincere response. h	h c on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ これはひどい。最低の店でした。星１もつけたくない。まず入口側にある禁煙スペースの席に入りました。しばらくするとドリンクバーから頻繁にけたたましい異音を発していました。機械の老朽化？うるさすぎて不快なので扉を隔てて奥側にある喫煙スペースの席へ移動。　加熱式タバコのみ喫煙可との事なので煙すぎて耐えらないというほどではなかったのは良かったのですが、一番奥の方のマット席に、店内に響き渡るほどのイビキをかいている客？が居て、ものすごく不愉快な思いをしました。後日パソコンで用を済ませなければならなく止むを得ず入ったのですがその時も同じような客？が一番奥でイビキをかきまくっていてうるさく、用を済ませてすぐに退店。あんなのを入店させるなよ。他の客に迷惑すぎるだろ。。。すべてセルフで常駐店員は居なくて、定期的に掃除要員が巡回してるだけの模様。これも問題ありですね。各席のPC内に『スタッフに連絡』のボタンらしきものがありますがどれ選んでも『現在注文できません』となり機能していない。。 2021-09-22 This is terrible. M	Min Min on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入店手続き、席変更、会計処理など全てセルフで出来る店舗。この店舗のみならず、自遊空間は多くの店舗でこの無人受付システムを取り入れている。最初は少し戸惑うかもしれないが、慣れると、不要な店員とのやり取りによる煩わしい思いを回避出来るので、むしろ快適である。漫画（特に雑誌類）の取り揃えが充実しており、食事のメニューも豊富。ドリンクバーも広々として心地好い。店内は全体的に綺麗で、分煙もしっかりなされている。良い店舗だと思います。 A store where you can do all the procedures such as entering the store, changing seats, and accounting. However, I was able to see from the outside that they have a drink bar, they have snacks that you can buy from a vending machine, and there were a lot of different foods that you could order too. One thing I didn't like is that there's no one working any registers. They have machines that take your information, you pay with electronic money, so you don't actually see a person. Because of that I wasn't able to talk to anyone, meaning that they lost a customer.
