ビジネスマナーのかけらもない、まともな会社とは思えないレベル。
どんな教育するとこんなレベルになるのか。
大切な住居をこんな集団に絶対に任せてはいけない。

管理会社とは名ばかりで全く管理していない。
入居前に伝えた破損箇所は直ってないし、連絡したら自分のせいにされかけた。
写真を撮っていることを伝えたら「じゃあそのままでいい」との返答。
他にも多々あるが、騒音トラブルは1年以上前から相談しているのに全く対応しないし、設備の故障もまずは入居者のせいにしようとするし、とにかく仕事をしなくて済むよう屁理屈を言ってくる。
ここで契約しようとしている人は絶対にやめたほうが良い。
少しでも多くの人に伝わって欲しい。

このご時世ですので、何ヶ月も待たないといけないと覚悟していましたが、ミンテックさんの柔軟な応急処置のお陰で給湯器がすぐに使える状態にしていただき、本当に助かりました。
