★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 岩盤浴で通ってます。他にも岩盤ヨガやピラティスをする日もあったり、エステもしています。写真は更衣室とお風呂場です。岩盤浴の写真が無くてすみません。ホームページに載ってる写真通りでした。
岩盤浴は1回1500円 60分。始めの30分はうつ伏せで、その後白湯を持ってきてくれます。後半30分は仰向けで。仰向けの時は犬神家のようなマスクを被らせてくれます。ターンオーバーになるとか。タオルはあるし化粧水もあるので手ぶらで大丈夫ですよ。終わったらお茶とお茶菓子を出してくれます。
私は不妊対策で岩盤浴できる所を探していて、通いやすさでこちらにしました。これから体がどうなるかですが…。お客様が少ないので静かに休めるところだと思います。
