I purchased online and asked for a lens replacement from the eyesight test. The inspection was done comfortably, and next time I wanted to buy it from Mr. Yonera who was in charge. Next time I want to buy the expensive one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事用の眼鏡を作りに行きました。度数の測定をしてもらい、何の用途で使うのかなど親身になって話しを聞いてもらい自分の納得した眼鏡を作って頂きました。接客態度が非常によかったので、また利用したいと思います。
I went to make glasses for work. We asked them to measure the frequency and listen to them in a friendly manner, such as what purpose they are used for, and they made eyeglasses that they were satisfied with. The customer service attitude was very good, so I would like to use it again.

お客がかけたくないと思うようなメガネにさせて対応悪すぎて、もうここでは買いません。
目が悪くてメガネかけてるのに伊達眼鏡の状態でぼやけて見えるのにいいとは言えませんよね？
レンズ入れて納得してからお会計にしないとクレーム問題ですよ。
何度も苦情を言いましたが、それでもお客が納得するようにもせず謝罪の一言もない。
ここで買うのはお勧めしません。
It didn't fit the width of my eyes, but I didn't know it was men's and it was too big to use. Even though I paid 10,000 yen, I threw it away.
I don't buy it here anymore because it's too bad to wear glasses that customers don't want to wear.
It's not good to have bad eyesight and wear glasses, but it looks blurry in the state of Date glasses, isn't it?
It's a complaint problem if you don't pay after putting in the lens and convincing.
I have complained many times, but I still have no apology without convincing the customer.
I don't recommend buying it here.
