渡	渡邉早苗 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数ヶ月前にこちらで買ったメガネのフレームが歪んでしまったので調整をして貰いに来ました。調整事態は良い感じだったのですが。。。レンズに店員さんの指紋がバッチリ着いたまま返されました。ちょっと信じられませんでした。 The frame of the glasses I bought here a few months ago was distorted, so I came to have it adjusted. The adjustment situation was a good feeling. .. .. The clerk's fingerprint was returned to the lens with it on. I couldn't believe it.

H	Hinata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今まで使用していたメガネが壊れてしまい次の日すぐにJINSさんへ。メガネは正直あまり好きではないけれど、いろいろなメガネのフレームを見ていると楽しいなと思ったし、意外なデザインや色が自分には合うのかなと新しい発見もありました。スタッフさんも親切で店内は多少待ちますが(伺ったのは土曜日でした)雰囲気は良いと思いました。今まで使用していたものと同じ度数のレンズで作ってもらえて助かりました。頂いたメガネ拭きが可愛いです。 The glasses I was using broke and I went to JINS the next day. To be honest, I don't really like eyeglasses, but I found it fun to look at various eyeglass frames, and I made new discoveries as to whether unexpected designs and colors would suit me. The staff are also kind and I wait for a while (I visited on Saturday), but I thought the atmosphere was good. It was helpful to have a lens with the same power as the one I used so far. The glasses wipe I received is cute.

あ	あかさたな on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 空いていて待ち時間もないぐらいだったのに店員さんにすごく忙しそうにされました。アプリやLINE友達登録で安くなると店員さんに言われたから質問したのに、「じゃあ今日は登録してないと言うことで受け付けますね」とバッサリ。少し自分で調べてからでもいいですか？と他の店員さんに席を勧められ調べていたら、先にフレームを合わせるだけ合わせてもいいですか？と例の店員に来られ、調べてからと言ったのに急かされました。お客が安く買えるかどうかはどうでも良さそう。登録させるつもりもないなら、初めから説明しないでよ。振り回されたのはこちらだし、眉間に皺をよせられても。とりあえず店舗で買うのはやめました。 The clerk seemed to be very busy even though it was vacant and there was no waiting time. I made one at another chain store, but I visited it because I wanted another one. I've made it 3 times here in the past, but I'm grateful that you respond politely each time. It was crowded at noon on Monday, but I was very pleased with the care for the waiting customers.
