皆さん話し方も柔らかく丁寧で愛想が良い。
フレームに迷っていると相談に乗ってくれるし、大したミスではないのに本当に申し訳ない顔をされるのでこっちが恐縮してしまうほど。
気持ちのいい接客が出来る方ばかりだなぁと。
眼鏡を買う時はここだと間違いないです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 買って、一月内で鼻のシリコンが根元から取れたので、お店に行きましたが、修理は難しいのでフレーム交換なら○○千円で出来ますと言われました。
アロンアルファで自分で修理しようかなと思うくらいの事なのに、何故そこまで時間と経費がかかるのかと思い、遺憾な気持ちでかえりました。
I bought it and the silicon in my nose came off from the root within a month, so I went to the store, but it was difficult to repair, so I was told that I could replace the frame for XX thousand yen.
I thought I would repair it myself with Aron Alpha, but I wondered why it would take so much time and money, and I regretted it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔の様に、眼鏡を一つ作るのに数万円掛かっていた頃に比べると安くなりましたね。
色んな眼鏡店がありますが、今の処はジンズが一番良いのではないでしょうか。
個性的な意匠のフレームは少ないものの、レンズの質や架け心地などどれを見ても十分です。安い物なら3000円位からありますよね。
また他店なら超薄型レンズは追加料金になる事もありますが、ジンズは定額です。私の様に視力がかなり低い者や数が欲しい人には嬉しい事です。
また無料で可能な限りでの融通を利かしてくれるのも良いですね。この加古川店でいくつか眼鏡を作りましたが、近くまた作る予定です。
後は、もっと遊んだ意匠のフレームが販売される様になれば満点です(笑)

Although there are few frames with unique designs, it is enough to look at the quality of the lens and the comfort of wearing it. If it's cheap, it starts from around 3000 yen.
Also, at other stores, ultra-thin lenses may be charged an additional fee, but JINS is a fixed price. It's great for people like me who have very low eyesight or who want a number.
It's also good to be free and flexible as much as possible. I made some glasses at this Kakogawa store, but I plan to make them again soon.
After that, it would be perfect if more playful design frames were sold (laughs).

お店側が駐車券返し忘れて、そのまま放置。お店に電話したが誰も出ず。結局、再度お店に行く羽目に。対応おかしいのではないでしょうか。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付が不親切。店内で欲しいメガネを選んで受付の前で長いこと待ってたら、iPadで受付してくださいと言われ、紙に表示された時間で案内しますと言われた。お店に入るときに最初にiPadで受付してくれというアナウンスがあれば、まず受付して待ってる間にもメガネを見るとかもできるのに、店員は何の案内もしてくれないので、混んでいる時間帯だとロスが多くなるかしれません。店内にiPadで受付してくれという表示もありません。初めていく人は気をつけてください。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 眼鏡の修理を依頼したら、レンズを割られた上に謝罪も無し。接客としては最低としか言いようがありません。二度と使いません。クチコミに高評価があるのが、不思議なレベルでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ メガネがずり落ちるのが買った当初から酷く他店のJINSでは調整はこれが限界ですと言われてしまいました...
今回はニッケパークタウン内のJINS店の方にお願いしたら細かく何度も調整していただきました
他店に比べ、メガネが品切れだったりはありましたが調整していただき買ったメガネが使えるようになりました！

Compared to other stores, the glasses were out of stock, but I adjusted them and now I can use the glasses I bought!
