Christelle and Matsubara helped me out in finding a pair that I would love. They were super accommodating, and at one point, Matsubara helped me clean my glasses and offered to help me find a similar pair. Christelle is the nicest person and helped me with all my questions and was generally just lovely. Thanks for helping me out even with my limited Japanese, guys!! I love my new frames so much.

I went around the corner to Zoff where the staff are way cooler. They found a screw to fit and cut new glass for me in 30 mins. Sorry Jins. Go to Zoff.

Went back next day, they changed my pair in 20 minutes and gave me the money back I paid for the extra blue light protection. 5 STAR SERVICE !

They make sure you are happy with everything at the fitting appointment. The previous reviewer gave them two stars because they didn’t have a screw for his particular brand of glasses that they don’t even sell? How is that JINS’s fault?!!! Some reviewers are just plain ridiculous. Please disregard his review which is just plain nasty. The staff here are awesome.

And they make them up in wait for it... 30min!! ? This was inconceivable! So I got a new pair of glasses with magnetically attached polarised sunnies. I am stoked! ?. Had I not have my prescription stored online, I could also have had my eyes tested without extra charge even! The staff spoke English well and were very friendly. NB. They had lenses with indices up to 1.70 that they can make up in 30min. Index 1.74 takes a week. I love ? Jins.
