お客様が多くて、私も悪かったのかもしれませんが、眼鏡引き換えレシートもらって、ずっと待っていた。40分後だった。出来たら呼ばれるのかと思っていて。結局、1時間位経っておかしいと思って聞いたら、時間過ぎてレシート持って行かないといけないというシステムだと言われた。謝罪もなかった。その説明はなかったと思う。隣のスタバに行くというお決まりなのかもしれないが、残念。買った商品は良かったと思うが、ずっとこのことは忘れないと思うので、嫌な感じです。

今日はオープンしたばかりとのことで同敷地内のスタバのあと寄ってみました。気になるメガネを試着しAIで簡単に似合い度がわかるので楽しめます。 普段かけないようなカラーや形のフレームもファッション感覚で気軽に試すことができました。

店員の質が良い人と悪い人の差がすごいです。悪い人は押し売りしてきます。希望通りにサクサク作れば早く帰れたのに、延々と押し売りしてくる。接客業向いてない。空気読め。そして、その人は調整も下手くそで、いっこうにかけられる状態にならないから諦めてたそのまま持ち帰りました。そして別のメガネ屋さんで調整してもらいました。 質の良い人は、接客も丁寧。押し売りしない。買おうか悩んでいた商品の品番のメモをくれて、次に来たときにスムーズに商品を買えた。そして調整もとても上手でした。店員さんを見て、今日はアタリかハズレか見てから商品選んでます。
