★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何かに使われていたブロックが敷地内にあり、もうボロボロになっていてゴミなのに、引き渡しの際に置きっぱなしになっていました。こちらの管理会社に連絡すると「退去時に請求しないので、置いておいてください亅と言われました。また、キッチンの引き出しには黒くて小さい虫が多数。こちらも連絡をすると清掃の不備には5000円払いますとのことでした。ハウスクリーニング代を退去時に払うのにどうしてこんなに汚いのかわかりません。部屋歩いていたら足真っ黒です。
