★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 綺麗な外観です。後は普通のビジネスビルだと思います。現在は喫煙所が無くなってしまったようで、タバコを吸う方は隣接の喫煙所を探す必要があるようです。
It has a beautiful appearance. The rest is a normal business building. It seems that the smoking area is gone now, and smokers need to find an adjacent smoking area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かつてベルサール原宿というイベント会場がありましたが、現在はありません。普通のオフィスビルです。千駄ケ谷駅から歩いて１０分程度のです。ショップやカフェなどは無いビルです。駐車場は契約車両だけしか利用できません。
There used to be an event venue called Belsar Harajuku, but it is no longer there. It is an ordinary office building. It is about 10 minutes on foot from Sendagaya station. It is a building with no shops or cafes. The parking lot can only be used by contract vehicles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一番近い駅が北参道駅だが、改札口からの距離だと原宿駅も同じ位で、どちらも８分位。エレベーターも少ないので、駅に着いてから、会社の席に着くまで結構時間が掛かる。
The closest station is Kitasando Station, but Harajuku Station is about the same distance from the ticket gate, and both are about 8 minutes. There are few elevators, so it takes quite a while to get to the office seat after getting to the station.
