藤	藤田 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 引越し時に・コンロがつかない・照明スイッチのカバーがゆるい・換気扇がほぼ機能しないなどの不備が見つかり、修繕を依頼。上二点は直してもらえたが、換気扇に関しては｢原因が分からないため、完全に動かなくなってからまた連絡ください。｣との事で結局1年以上ほぼ機能していないまま。(もっと強く言えばよかったのかもしれませんが…。) 仕方ないので換気するための家電を購入しました。また、騒音被害があり4～5度相談しても、一切対応してくれません。｢相手の方に電話もしくは訪問して、折り返しご連絡します。｣と毎回言われますが、その後一回も折り返し連絡が来たことはありません。間取りや周辺の環境に関しては申し分ないのでとりあえず更新時期までは住み続ける予定ですが、敷金礼金や引っ越し代がなければすぐ引っ越したかったくらいです。こんなに酷い管理会社があるのでしょうか。 When moving ・ The stove does not stick ・ The cover of the lighting switch is loose ・ Ventilation fan almost does not work I found a defect such as, and requested repair.
