★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入居者でも入居者家族でもありませんが、本日、治療に訪れた整形外科に、偶然にこちらの入居者の方と、付き添いの職員の方が来られており、その職員の方の、気配り、目配り、心配り、身のこなしの素晴らしさに驚いたため、ついコメントをいたしました。（車椅子のシールでこちらの施設の方と分かりました）
本当に要人警護のSPのごとく入居者の方から片時も目を離さず、寒い時の上着の着せ方、移動の促し方、様々な場面での声がけの仕方など、まさにプロフェッショナルだなと強い感銘を受けました。
こんな部外者しかいない外の場でも立派に振る舞える職員の方なら、きっと施設内でも素晴らしい対応をしているのだと思えました。
