若いマスターではあるが、その腕はなかなかしっかりとしている
私のオススメはレバー、トロトロな食感はそのイメージを覆す美味さ 塩で味わうのが好きである
マスターオススメはハツモトという部位で、ハツ(心臓)からすぐの血管を丹念に集め、一串に何羽分も費やしているそうだ これがまた美味い
他にも一品料理が多く揃っており、酒やチューハイ、カクテル類もかなり豊富
カウンター、小上り、大人数の宴会にも対応できる二階席もあって、予約にも柔軟に対応できる
