小豆島産オリーブに和三盆、ラム酒に漬け込んだドライフルーツ・ナッツ等を焼成した素生地に練り込んでいます。
大きさの割にお値段が高め？と思いましたが、十分に価値あるお味でした。とにかく美味しい。癖になります。
製造してから日々熟成していくとのこと。薄くスライスして、バニラアイスやフランスパンに添えたり、お抹茶のお供としても楽しめます。
香川の手土産としても自信を持ってお勧めできます。

Price is high for size? I thought it was a good enough taste. Delicious anyway. It becomes habit.
It is said that it matures every day after production. Sliced thinly, served with vanilla ice cream or French bread, or enjoyed as a matcha matcha.
We can confidently recommend it as a Kagawa souvenir.
