I think doctors are usually good people, but when I have something to ask the teacher over the phone, the receptionist becomes a gatekeeper and asks me to come back if I want to know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 調子が悪くて熱も少しあるので直接行っていいものかと思い確認の電話をしたところ、ウチはコロナの検査とか一切してないけど、それでもいいなら来るのは自由みたいな言い方された。凄く上から目線でムカついた。
何かにつけて医療従事者を特別視するから態度でかくなるんじゃないの？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 障害者に対する合理的配慮にかける対応で残念です。受付の人の態度も、障害者にたいして、高齢者や他の方に対する態度と明らかに違いました。
Regrettable consideration for disabled people is regrettable. The attitude of the receptionist was obviously different from the attitude towards the elderly and other people for disabled people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お医者さんは広大医学部を出られた方で、物腰は柔らかく、こちらの質問に対しても丁寧に回答されていました。看護師の方も非常にやさしく感じました。
受付の方は他の方がおっしゃっているようにやや紋切り口調といいますか、端的に言えば愛想が良くないですね。
トイレは身体障害者の方でも入ることのできるようにバリアフリーになっています。通路も広く、車椅子のかたも通りやすいのではないでしょうか。
待合室には大きなテレビがあり、時間も潰しやすいです。
総合星4です。診療所の本来の目的である治療という点では信頼できると思いました。
The doctor was a graduate of Hiroshima University School of Medicine, and he was soft-mannered and answered this question politely. The nurses also felt very kind.
As other people have said, the receptionist has a slightly crested tone, or in short, it's not very friendly.
The toilet is barrier-free so that even people with disabilities can enter. The aisle is wide and it is easy for wheelchair users to pass through.
There is a big TV in the waiting room, so it's easy to kill time.
It is a total star 4. I thought it was reliable in terms of treatment, which is the original purpose of the clinic.
