★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日の15時頃にいきましたが、ほぼ商品なく売り切れ状態。塩パンが一斤あったので購入しました。後日トースターで炙って食べたら…皮が最高に美味しかった???次はもう少し早めに買いに行きますm(_ _)m

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店主が面白いです。うちのパンはどれも美味しくないよ、と言われたけれど(笑)、カニクリームパンの味が子供の時に初めてグラタンを食べたときの感動的な味と似ていて私は好きだった★

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ベーコンエピとクロワッサン目当てで利用しますが、ベーコンエピは毎日作ってるわけではないようでなかなか出会えません。店主さん「あれ(エピ)なぜか買ってく人いるんだよな…」と首をかしげ、かといって相変わらず作る量は増やさない、一風変わり者な雰囲気です。デニッシュもサクサクで美味しいですが、じゃがいものいもっこパン？も美味しいです。
I use it for bacon epis and croissants, but it doesn't seem to make bacon epis every day, so it's hard to come across. The owner said, "There are some people who are buying that (epi) for some reason ...", but his head is still unusual, and the amount he makes does not increase. The danish is crisp and delicious, but what is potato bread? Is also delicious.

ハード系とデニッシュ系をオススメします。
クリスマスの定番になりつつあるシュトーレンですが、こちらではバレンタインの時期にも販売しています。
私はマジパン入りの方が好みです。

I prefer marzipan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 魅力的なパンが色々ありますが、旅行の途中だったので買ったのはベーコンエピと菓子パンでした。
まじめに作った美味しさが伝わります。
クロワッサンは予約分だけで買えなかったので、次に行く機会があれば食パンとともに買ってみたい。
面にある黒猫の看板、しっぽと麦の意匠がかわいいのでぜひ観察してみてください。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店主の方が、ユーモアにとんでいるうえに、パンも材料からきちんとこだわっていて、安心してつい沢山買っちゃいます。私のハード系の１番はバゲットです。両端がすぼまっている独特の形で、クラッカーな食感と、バゲットのもちもちハードを一度に味わえて幸せです。また、デニッシュ系の季節のフルーツのは、ついつい手が延びる美味しさですね。
The owner is very humorous, and he is particular about the ingredients of the bread, so he buys a lot with confidence. The first of my hardware is baguette.
