A	ASMR THOMWHAT on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 힙합&소울 음악을 좋아하는 저와 제 남자친구가 방문해서 이것저것 음반과 굿즈를 잔뜩 샀습니다. 좋은 음반들이 많았고 물건을 많이사서 그런건지는 모르겠지만 사장님도 저희가 찾은 음반과 티셔츠를 잘 찾아주시고 배웅까지 해주셔서 좋은 인상을 받았습니다. I and my boyfriend, who like hip-hop and soul music, visited and bought a bunch of albums and goods. There were a lot of good records, and I don't know if it was because I bought a lot of stuff, but the boss also looked for the albums and T-shirts we found and even sent them off, so I was very impressed.

C	Chris low on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jazzy Sport is a great label. Mitsu the beats and Grooveman Spot are two of my favourite producers. Its a shame that my experience in the store was an unhappy one. I found the staff to be dismissive, rude and unhelpful. A lost in translation moment whilst trying to buy records ended up with me being berated by a staff member and walking out empty handed. After travelling all the way from Sydney this was not the experience I was looking forward to.

P	Paul Huynh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a zip up hoodie. When it arrived, the zipper of the hoodie was faulty. It kept getting caught and wouldn't work smoothly. You would have to jig it around a lot to get it to budge. I contacted the Tokyo store about the issue and requested a refund for the defective item. The customer service on the other end dismissed my claims that it was faulty and that they wouldn't accept a return or even to exchange it with another of the same hoodie. Tone of the responses (although written) was short, blunt and rude. I really love the label and their artists so it's a shame that their local branch in Toyko really let down the brand as a whole.

The staff are very nice and welcome, i met Gaku San there, he helps me find ay records that related to the music i listen to, and he always ask me to try every single records in there. It’s nice because not many records shop that allows you to try the records. And last before i go back to my place, Gaku san gave me baumkuchen cake, and it was supppppeerrr deliciouss! Im not lying ? He’s very toughtful ? Thank you Gaku San, and i’ll be back soon to JSMS ✊?⚡️
