I	Isagi Hakurai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 神保町、小川町の各駅中間にあり、共に徒歩5分ほど、カレー激戦区の明大通りから僅かに外れた裏通りにあるJAZZの聖地。地下室のイメージがあるJAZZ喫茶ですが、通り沿いに解放感のある大きな窓があるためとても洗練された空間のなっており、店内奥のスピーカーから綺麗なJAZZが流れる素敵空間。席数は30席無いぐらいです。今回は赤いチキンカレーとブレンドコーヒーをいただきました。まずは名物のカレーから。見ただけでご飯が美味しいのがわかる粒がしっかり、ふっくら輝いているお米！そこにさらりとした赤いルーとシンプルに煮込んだチキン鎮座している美学を感じるカレー。カレーはルーとスープカレーの中間のようなさらさら感で絶妙なブレンドのスパイスがしっとりと染み込んでくるような透明感のあるカレー。辛さを含めたスパイスの強さはないのですが丁寧にバランスが取られた独特な配分。強いていうとバターチキンカレーから乳製品を省いてストレートにスパイスを感じさせるようにした感じでしょうか。 JAZZと共に染み入ってきます。ブレンドコーヒーはピーナッツとピーカンナッツの香ばしさが特徴的なナッティなコーヒー。香ばしさの中にアプリコットのような甘くキレの良い酸味のあり小気味良さを感じます。ブレンドコーヒーと書かれていると、ただ機械サーバーで抽出された残念なコーヒーが出て来るお店が多いのですが、とても丁寧にドリップされたクリアなコーヒーで、コーヒーだけでもおすすめです。洗練と美学という言葉が似合う思わず憧れるような稀有なお店。マスターの人柄も朗らかで居心地良く、是非訪れてほしい一店。 Located in the middle of each station in Jimbocho and Ogawamachi, it is a sacred place of JAZZ on a back street slightly off Meidai-dori, which is a fierce battlefield for curry, about a 5-minute walk. The grains are firm and fluffy! A curry with a light red roux and a simple stewed chicken that feels the aesthetics of sitting there. The curry is a transparent curry that feels like a middle ground between roux and soup curry, and the spices of the exquisite blend are moisturized. There is no strength of spices including spiciness, but a unique distribution that is carefully balanced. Is it a feeling that the dairy products are omitted from the butter chicken curry so that the spices are felt straight? It will permeate with JAZZ. Blended coffee is a natty coffee with a characteristic peanut and pecan nut aroma. It has a sweet and crisp acidity like apricot in the aroma, and I feel a little creepy. When it says "blended coffee", there are many shops that just serve unfortunate coffee extracted by the machine server, but it is a clear coffee that has been drip very carefully, and coffee alone is recommended. A rare shop where the words sophistication and aesthetics look good. The master's personality is also cheerful and cozy, so this is a store you definitely want to visit.

Came here with a friend, and the owner came over and tried to scold us for talking quietly while discussing the menu briefly. Not exactly a beacon of hospitality. Coffee and food were average. Music selection was good.
