その分、待ち時間が長くなることもありますが、きちんと理解して治療方針を決めていくことができるので、信頼しています。
ペットに『さん』をつけて呼んでくださるのが素敵です(笑)
I am always indebted. They treat me very seriously, and I am enthusiastic about the explanation.
The waiting time may be longer by that amount, but I trust because I can properly understand and decide the treatment policy.
It's nice to call your pet with "san" (laughs).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 愛猫がケガをしたときにお世話になりました。色々な可能性を考えて、丁寧に治療内容を説明していただき親身になってアドバイスして貰えました。院内も静かで動物たちも落ち着くと思います。駐車場が狭く歩道に面しているため入出庫しづらいのが難点ですが、病院のすぐ横にあるのは有り難いです
I was taken care of when my cat was injured. Considering various possibilities, he carefully explained the treatment contents and gave me personal advice. I think the hospital is quiet and the animals are calm. The parking lot is narrow and faces the sidewalk, so it is difficult to get in and out, but it is nice to be right next to the hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かかりつけの先生のところがお休みで急遽伺ったのですが、問診票を記入している途中に状況について質問されたので手を止めて応えると、後に待ってらっしゃる患者の方も全く居なかったのに(診察室に入る時も出る時も居なかった)とても上から目線でせかされ、診察も説明も終始上から目線で机によっかかりながらで、私達の愛犬に寄り添って頂けた気もしなかっなし、何より愛犬が心配でお世話になろうとしたのに心から信頼ができませんでした。クチコミを見てこの病院に決めたのですがとても残念です。
ただただ、ぐったりしている愛犬に申し訳なくなりました。
My doctor hurriedly visited me during the holidays, but when I was asked about the situation while filling out the questionnaire, I stopped and responded, and there were no patients waiting for me later. (I wasn't there when I entered or left the examination room) I was urged from the top, and while I was leaning on the desk from the top for the examination and explanation, I felt like I was able to snuggle up to our dog. No, I was worried about my dog and tried to take care of it, but I couldn't trust it from the bottom of my heart. I decided to go to this hospital after seeing the reviews, but I'm very sorry.
I'm just sorry for my loose dog.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先代犬からずっとお世話になっています。納得のいくまで丁寧に説明して下さるので少し待たされる事もありますが、とても信頼できる先生です。看護師さんもとても優しくて安心して愛犬を診ていただけます。
I have been indebted to my predecessor dog for a long time. He will explain it carefully until he is satisfied, so I may have to wait for a while, but he is a very reliable teacher. The nurses are also very kind and you can see your dog with confidence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ うさぎを飼っています。この辺の動物病院はいくつか行きましたが、こちらの先生が一番物知りで、処置内容もこちらが分かりやすいように丁寧に教えて下さります。
動物にも優しく話しかけて下さいます。
誤診があったり高圧的だったりでどこに通うか悩んでいた時救世主のように感じました。
フランクな感じの先生で砕けた喋り方をされるので、私はそれが親しみやすく安心しましたが、物腰の柔らかさや共感を求める方は好き嫌いあるかも知れないですね。
信頼出来る先生です。これからもお世話になりたいと思います。

I felt like a savior when I was wondering where to go because of misdiagnosis or high pressure.
I was relieved that it was friendly and reassuring because the teacher with a frank feeling gave me a broken way of speaking, but those who seek softness and empathy may like it or not.
