★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2018年年5月6日リニューアル。きれいで機能的になった。
特筆すべきはその手際、段取りの良さ。各セクションの鬼のような長蛇の列も瞬く間にこなしていく。これはすばらしい、さすが日本、生産性の良さがこんなところにも表われている。
 Renewal on May 6, 2018. It became clean and functional.
Of particular note is the skill and good setup. The long lines like demons in each section can be completed in a blink of an eye. This is wonderful, as expected in Japan, and the good productivity is also reflected in such a place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2018年に新しくなった免許センターに免許更新に行ってきました。
日曜と言う事でかなりの混雑を予想していましたが思っていたよりは少なかったです。
受付開始時間が８時３０分との事でしたが実際は８時から受付をしていたようでした（私が到着した８時１０分頃には受付をしていた）
一番の混雑箇所は①受付（それでも２０分位の待ち時間）でした。
それをすぎれば比較的順調に進みましたが写真撮影前の書類確認は結構混雑していました。
最後の写真撮影が終わったときには９時頃でした（ここまで１時間経っていませんでした）
９時１５分からの講習に間に合い（その次が１１時）１０時には新しい免許証を受け取ることができました。
以前に比べると比べ物にならない程の効率アップを感じました。
私が帰る時も受付には結構な人が並んでいたので日曜は終日こんな状況なのでしょう。
平日に行ける人はそちらの方が断然良いと思います。
I went to the new license center in 2018 to renew my license.
I was expecting considerable congestion by saying Sunday, but it was less than I had expected.
The reception start time was 8:30, but it seemed to have been received from 8 o'clock (in fact it was about 8:10 when I arrived)
The most crowded place was 1 reception (still waiting for around 20 minutes).
It went relatively smoothly if it passed, but document confirmation before photography was quite crowded.
It was around 9 o'clock when the last photo shoot was over (one hour has not passed so far)
I was able to receive a new license at 10:00 in time for the training from 9:15 (the next time is 11:00).
I felt that the efficiency was improved as compared to before.
There were quite a few people at the reception when I returned, so Sunday is like this all day.
I think that those who can go on weekdays are by far the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 免許証の更新で来ました、今までは近くの警察署ですぐ免許証をもらっていたが、今回は近く警察署で更新手続きしても、直ぐには免許証がもらえず、講習も別な日に成るかもなので、新しくなってからは初めて来ました、向のガンセンターの所に出来ていました建物内部も大変キレイでした、8時に開き免許証の更新手続きは、ほとんど端末機の操作と印紙の貼り付け・視力検査・写真で15分もかからない位でしたが、自分が受ける講習が9時からなので時間が開いてしまいました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 時期をずらせられれば2月の日曜日の免許更新は避けられた方が良いと思います。
２月最後の日曜日、午前中2500名を越えたので早めに打ち切り。
1日の受付4000名オーバーとのことでした。
これは１年を通じて多いようです。前後の月に変えられる方は避けた方が宜しいかと思います。
ただ、人数は多いですが回転が早いので並んでいるほど時間はかかりません。
If you can shift the time, you should avoid renewing your license on Sunday, February.
On the last Sunday of February, the number of people exceeded 2,500 in the morning, so we stopped early.
It was said that the number of receptionists per day was over 4000.
This seems to be high throughout the year. I think it is better to avoid those who can change to the previous and next months.
However, although there are many people, it does not take as long as they are lined up because the rotation is fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to get my driving license exchanged to a japanese one. As long as you have all the necessary documentation it's piece of cake to make the exchange. Even with limited or no japanese skills. It's a good idea to be prepared for some fairly long waiting time (took me around 4hrs).
