西	西野敏夫 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 便利なのでちょくちょく利用させていただいていて重宝していますが………、予約した車と違っていたり、車内のゴミを片付けてなかったり、置いていった自分の車が別な人に返却？されそうになっていたり、いろいろ対応が雑すぎ(ーー;) 電話出ないし、Faxのままになっていたりするし(ーー;) 客対応タメ口だったり、面倒くさそうだったり……(ーー;) 気持ちよく借りたいのに、いつも嫌な思いをさせられる(￣▽￣;) 冬の貸し出しにスタッドレスはかせていないし…… 9/18〜9/24の4連休特別キャンペーンの2日間パックて何故か20日だけ対象外になっていて、20日の夜〜22日の夜まで48時間なのに、20日が対象外なため3日間パックの料金てなぁんかなぁ？　変更もダメって言われたし…… 結局今回もちゃんと清掃してなかったよ(ーー;) 感染予防に消毒しています……ってうたってるけど、とてもそうは思えない(ーー;) 相変わらず掃除が雑すぎる。 It's convenient, so I use it often and it's useful, but ......... う	うめれもん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ レンタカーで利用。車を預けた所、何の説明もなく自家用車の鍵を回収された。翌日返却に来ると自家用車は置いた位置から移動させてあり、扉に傷のおまけ付き。その件についても一切説明がない。こっちが指摘するまで知らん顔をする始末。客相手の商売としてあり得ない！説明義務すら果たさない店は利用価値以前の問題。コンプライアンスって単語はご存じですか？ Used by rental car. When I left my car, the key to my private car was recovered without any explanation. When I came to return the next day, the private car was moved from the position where it was placed, and the door was scratched. There is no explanation for that matter either. I don't know what to do until I point out. Impossible as a business for customers! A store that does not even fulfill its obligation to explain is a problem before its utility value. ま	まりぴーさん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 時々利用してます。ここのスタッフは、すごく良い接客はしません。笑顔が満載みたいな… でも、レンタカーの詳細内容とか、ちょっと込み入った話をグイグイ聞きたい時は頼りになる眼鏡のバイト？社員？？の男の子がいて、そのスタッフに聞けばキチントしたコメントが必ず返ってきます。背の高い黒眼鏡の子です。愛想は決して良くはないけど物知りだし、他で借りなくなった。あの子はいい子！！名前は分かりませんが I use it from time to time.
