Correspondence is kind, but wants poor use of parking lot to really manage somehow. Street parking is the default.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場が狭いのは有名ですが、対応はピカイチ！だと思います！近くに病院や商店街があり混雑する中常に親切、迅速な対応は選ばれた職員さんがそろっていると感心。
市役所が近くなると更に混雑が予想されます。コロナ対策も含めて建物を広くして欲しいです。
It is famous that the parking lot is small, but the correspondence is perfect! I think! I was impressed by the fact that the selected staff members are always kind and prompt, even though there are hospitals and shopping streets nearby and it is crowded.
It is expected to be even more crowded as the city hall gets closer. I want the building to be wider, including measures against corona.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフの対応は迅速・丁寧・正確で申し分ありません。ただ、利用者が多いのに駐車場は3台、ATMは1台で全く足りていません。店舗の中も狭いし･･･。駐車場は段差が凄くてガリっちゃうのが怖く、車を選びます。偶数月の15日（年金支給日）は、路駐もしきれないほどなので避けた方がよいです。市役所が移転してくるまでに、何とかしてほしいと、切実に思います。
The staff are quick, polite, accurate and perfect. However, although there are many users, 3 parking lots and 1 ATM are not enough. The inside of the store is also small ... I'm afraid that the parking lot has a lot of steps and it's gully, so I choose a car. The 15th of even-numbered months (pension payment day) should be avoided as it is too much to be stationed on the road. I really want you to do something before the city hall moves.
