★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ゆうゆう窓口や受付スタッフの対応は特に悪い印象はなかったが先日、郵便物の再配達の手続きをし、ちょうどその時間に用事ができたため子供にお留守番を頼んでおいたら荷物を届けに来た配達員が最悪でした。まず子供に印鑑かサインをお願いしますと言うところまではいいが印鑑がありませんと言うと「あ、分りました」と言い早々に早足で荷物を持って車に戻ろうとしたため子供が「待ってくださいサイン書きます」と言うとめんどくさそうな態度をとり筆記用具を探しに行くとまた帰りそうな素振りを見せ、子供がシャーペンしか持ってなかったのでそれでサインを書こうとしたら「それじゃ消えちゃいますよね」と苦笑い。ボールペン持ってませんと言うとしぶしぶ返してくれたそうですがどこにサインを書けばいいか尋ねたところ「空いてるところ」、と言うのでどのあたりに書いてもいいのか子供が迷っていると馬鹿にした口調でそん位できないとだめだよと意地悪な口調で言って、結局自分で空いてるところに名前を書いて荷物を受け取った後、私たちが帰ってくるまで子供は1人で泣いていました。小学生の子供に対してとても不親切な対応でクレームの電話をしようと思っています。配達員の名前はここには書きませんが他の配達業者と比べ物にならない位スタッフ教育ができていないです。佐川やヤマトのように対応マニュアルをしっかりと実行できているかどうか評価をしてみてはどうでしょうか。あまりにひどすぎて今後郵便局のゆうパックは二度と頼みたくないと思いました。その人の虫の居所が悪かったようだけれどもそれにしても子供にする対応じゃないと思うので反省してもらいたいです。うちは玄関先に監視モニターが付いていて音声もやりとりも全て録画されているので今後続くようであれば名指しでお知らせします。

I did. I'm thinking of making a complaint call to an elementary school child with a very unfriendly response. Why don't you evaluate whether the corresponding manual can be executed properly like Sagawa and Yamato? It was so terrible that I didn't want to ask for Yu-Pack at the post office again.
