★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前に住んでた元身内の郵便物がうちの住所に届いていたので原町の郵便局に連絡したらお客様がその方の住所変更をしに今から郵便局来てくださいと言われたので、本当にそうなのかこちらの郵便局に電話で確認してみたらちゃんとした対応をしてくださいました。電話に出てくれた女性も、誰だかもう忘れてしまいましたが優しく接してくれましたよ。助かりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、ヤフオクのゆうパック（匿名配送）を利用して発送をしました。
翌日、荷物が破損したとの連絡を受けました。
結論から言いますと、賠償していただけることになりましたが、そうなるまでの経緯が悪いです。
匿名配送とは、ヤフオクが発行するQRコードを利用して、お互いに名前や住所を知られることなく取引ができるシステムになりますが、発送後はQRコードの画面は消え、再発行も不可です。従って再配達も出来ません。
お待ちしているお客様に少しでも早く商品をお届けしたかったので発送方法を局員に訪ねたところ「自分で調べろ」との返答…
対処方法があると思うからヤフオクのサイトで調べたり問い合わせをして対処をしろと言うのです。
もう意味がわかりません…
郵便局はお客様の住所を把握しているにも関わらず手続き上の問題で再配達出来ないと言うのです。
しかも、話の合間に「うん！」や、「うんうん！」と相づちを打つ態度。
癖じゃ済まされませんよ。
自分の立場が全くわかっていません。
あまりにもビジネスマナーが悪いので呆れました（笑）
