★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とにかく最悪な対応のタクシー会社です。私はもちろんですが、ご利用は一切おすすめ出来ません。目的の場所が分からないのであれば、分かるような体制を整えるべきです。また運転手を始めとした社内教育をしっかりとするべきです。
 Anyway, it is the worst taxi company. Of course I can't recommend any use. If you don't know where you want, you should have a system in place. In-house education including drivers should be solid.

中学生だけで会場まで行ったので不安でしたが、運転手さんがとても親切にしてくれて心強かったそうです。ありがとうございました。
The child was taken care of on the day of the exam.
I was worried that I went to the venue with junior high school students alone, but the driver was very kind and reassuring. Thank you very much.

迎車に来た年配の運転手は非常に感じが悪かったです。乗車時から不快な対応をされ、降車直前の料金上がりもあって印象が非常に悪い。一言言ってもらえれば違った評価になったと思いますが、もう二度と使いません。
The telephone receptionist was normal.
The elderly driver who came to pick me up was very uncomfortable. The impression was very bad due to the unpleasant response from the time of boarding and the increase in the price just before getting off. I think it would have been a different evaluation if you could say a word, but I will never use it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 実際に会社に行った訳ではない。TELをして自宅に呼ぶだけなんだけど、半年以上前に一度だけ使ったことを覚えていてくれた。ちゃんと指定した時間に来るし、凄い会社だと思う。
I didn't actually go to the company. I just call him home, but he remembers using it only once more than half a year ago. It will come at the designated time and I think it's a great company.

本当に二種持ってるんですか？
教習所からやり直して下さい。
他の人の投稿でもウインカー出さない運転手がいるとの指摘がありましたが、一人の運転手だけなのか複数いるのかは分かりませんが、そんな運転手が一人でもいるなら、そんな会社だと思われてもしょうがないと思いました。
それ以外は見ていないので普通の評価としておきます。

Please start over from the training school.
It was pointed out in other people's posts that there are drivers who do not turn signals, but I do not know if there is only one driver or multiple drivers, but if there is even one such driver, it is such a company I thought it couldn't be helped.
I haven't seen anything else, so I'll leave it as a normal evaluation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 配車の電話をした際に何度かやる気のない男性の方に当たります。横柄な態度で対応され、鼻で笑われたりして本当に不快です。知人もその方に当たり不快な思いをしたと聞いています。
This is a man who is not motivated several times when he calls to dispatch a car. It is really unpleasant to be treated with an arrogant attitude and to be laughed at by the nose. I heard that an acquaintance also felt uncomfortable with that person.
