★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オイル交換等の作業員はとても感じ良く、利用してましたが。タイヤコーナーで安いタイヤを選ぶと3倍高いものでないと交換できないと言われ、知り合いの車屋に確認したところ車検も問題ない。結局オートバックスにいって同じ値段のタイヤ問題なく替えてくれました。今後オイル交換もオートバックスにお願いします。

外車に関しては、電装品の取付けをやめてしまったらしく、カーナビの取付けを断られた。
ジェームスは会員になるとオイル交換工賃が無料になるのが良い。かつ、一旦持ち帰ったオイルでも後日持ち込みで交換してもらえる。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11月9日(火)の夕方に車検の件でお電話した際に対応いただいた男性の方の対応の感じが悪く、ガッカリしました。具体的には、何か友達と話しているような感じで、時折タメ口。完璧に接客しなさいと言うつもりはないですが、お客と店員の立場くらいはしっかりと理解されている方がよろし以下と思います。
