★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JALさん自体の問題ではないのですが、成田の貨物地区は基本的に一方通行なので、
入場ゲート⇒JAL書類受付⇒税関⇒輸入許可証をもらったら１度退場ゲート⇒再び入場ゲート⇒JAL荷物カウンター⇒倉庫事務所⇒受け取り
といった流れで、正直面倒です。
動物生体輸入の場合は、更にもう１回退場&入場が増えます( ´△｀)
当然入場毎に身分証明が必要になり、事務的にではなく、制約的に余分な時間がかかってしまいます。
事務員さんも、当たりはずれが大きいです。

Naturally, each time you enter, you will need to prove your identity, and it will take extra time due to restrictions rather than clerical work.
