★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近ホールを新築してややおおきくなりました、式場とても綺麗でした、ジャクセンのスタッフ、親切、丁寧です、遺体冷暗所も、各室あって、私が、面会に、アポなしで、いったのですが、すぐ、スタッフが、対応してくれました、私は、ここのジャクセン、いいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 会員で入ってましたが、余りにも葬儀が高額な気がしました。ブランド名があるからなのかは解りませんが、その人達にあった葬儀の金額とかを進めるべきじゃないかと思いました。次はもう利用はしません。
それに、お通夜に出た御膳と葬儀に出た御膳のおかずが同じの出るってあり得ない…。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔に行ったときより綺麗になっていて、周りには建物が建ち並び明るくなったので、あの時より道に迷わなくなりました(汗）。 開式前には生演奏が流れていて、設備も綺麗に新しく。 駐車場も広くなっていて、行きやすくなってました。
It was cleaner than when I went there a long time ago, and the surrounding buildings were brighter, so I wasn't lost anymore (sweat). Before the opening ceremony, live music was playing and the equipment was clean and new. The parking lot was wide and easy to get to.

多分参列している我々に対する発言だった。
ジャクセンの職員が参列者に怒鳴る会社ってどうなの？
そんな社員を雇ってるいる会社にも疑問を感じる。
これからはジャクセンだけはやめた方が良いと周りの人間には伝えたいと思った。
他にもいろんな葬儀屋さんがあるからジャクセンに頼もうと思っていたら一度考え直した方ががいいと思います。
まじで最悪です。

相性が合う人や合わない人はいます。100％の人はいません。
最初から最後まで、きちんと責任をもち人任せにしないことです。
