 There is a direct sales office for morning dada crab beans. The taste is a little different from edamame, and it is popular with local people around Hakusan in Tsuruoka City as a beer snack. The sweetness, umami, and richness differ depending on the varieties of beans and how they are boiled. I think it's fun to find a variety you like. Really good! I will go shopping again next summer.
