★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 事前に電話して保険と口座の住所変更などの手続きに伺いました。当日電話対応してくださったスタッフさんが不在で引き継いでいるという若い男性スタッフさんが対応してくださいましたが、書類を出すと目の前で「何だこれ」と口に出しました。
他の方に男性スタッフが聞いても住所変更の手続きを理解してない感じでした。
その後も知識不足が目立った上、
少し年上の女性スタッフが近づいてきて男性スタッフと席を離れて話していましたが、こちらを見ながら話すという非常識極まりない行動でした。
電話対応してくださった方はとても丁寧で良い印象でしたが、窓口の方々は大変残念でした。
私も接客業をしているので細かいかもしれませんが、もう少し知識と対応の仕方の改善をされた方が良いかと思ったので投稿させて頂きます。
I called in advance and asked about procedures such as insurance and changing the address of the account. A young male staff member who answered the phone on the day was absent and took over, but when I put out the documents, I said "What's this?" In front of me.
Even when the male staff asked other people, I felt that they did not understand the procedure for changing the address.
After that, the lack of knowledge was conspicuous, and
A slightly older female staff member approached me and talked with the male staff member away from my seat, but it was an insane act of talking while looking at me.
The person who answered the phone was very polite and had a good impression, but the people at the counter were very disappointed.
I am also in the hospitality business, so it may be fine, but I thought it would be better to improve my knowledge and how to deal with it, so I will post it.
