★ ★ ★ ★ ★ レビュー失礼します。今回は高齢者の付き添いでお伺いしました。その際に、高齢者に対する受付の方の態度がとても威圧的で、不親切でした。耳が遠い為、もう少しゆっくり大きな声で説明してもらえれば良かったのですが、そのような配慮も無くとても不愉快で残念でした。高齢者への対応が通常よりも大変なのは分かりますが、接客業に身を置くのであればこのような配慮は当たり前なのではないかと思います。今後はこのような事がないよう、改めて接客態度の教育をお願いしたいです。
Excuse me for the review. This time, I visited with an elderly person. At that time, the receptionist's attitude toward the elderly was very intimidating and unfriendly. Since I was hard of hearing, I wish I could explain it in a louder voice more slowly, but I was disappointed that it was very unpleasant without such consideration. I understand that dealing with the elderly is more difficult than usual, but I think that such consideration is natural if you are in the hospitality business. In the future, I would like to ask you to re-educate the customer service attitude so that this will not happen.
