加	加藤淳 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家でラッキョを浸ける方必見です‼️?毎年母親が知り合いの分も含めて大量にラッキョを浸けるので現地に直接買出しに行きます❗️砂丘に面した砂地の畑で良質なラッキョが沢山取れます‼️?サイズはSMLと有り、根っこ付き(10k7500円と5k5000円箱入り)と下処理をして浸けるだけにした状態にしたもの(1k袋入り800円)が有ります‼️ 好みも有りますが、下処理した方は浸けてから柔らかくなるのが早かったです❗️しゃきしゃきの食感が好きな人は手間を惜しまず根っこ付きを下処理する事をお勧めします‼️?週末買いに行く場合は土曜日は休みです、又午前中に着く様に行かないと売り切れになる事が有るので前持って予約した方が良いです‼️ It is a must-see for those who immerse Rakkyo at home! ️? 田	田中正典 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20200527 お昼前に通り掛かります。大型トラックが一台横付けで、加工センター前に山と積まれた出荷段ボールを積み荷として、これから出掛けようとしています。すぐ近くではフォークリフトが積み荷をひっきりなしに運び、一定の箇所に高さを揃えて積み上げています。指示をしている人の声が次第に大きくなっています。「らっきょう加工センター」の一番の活況を呈する時期は正に今です。軽トラがひっきりなしに出入りしています。例年ですと近くの幼稚園児を招いて盛大な出荷出陣式があるのですが今年は残念ながら自粛中止でした。例年以上の業績収益になればよいですね。 20200527 Pass by before noon.
