共済保険の契約更新みたいだったので、わざわざ仕事を調整して窓口に行ったら、ただの新規保険への掛け換えのセールスでした。

若い担当だったので、多分上司とか支店長からノルマを課せられたのでしょう。でもそれって、ゆうちょがドラブルを起こしたのと同じパターンじゃないでしょうか。
郵便局が大問題を起こしたのをまるで勉強せずに同様な事を部下に強いているのでしょうか。
